Entry Requirements - Foundation

Entry to the International Foundation Programme will be offered to students who have passed the Tawjihi Certificate with a minimum score of 60% and IELTS 5.0 students with an IELTS 6.0 can gain entry to the Foundation Year Programme

English Qualifications

Proficiency in English is essential for Undergraduate study. The University of Glamorgan recognises the following English language qualifications:

• GCSE English at grade C
• IELTS 6.0
• TOEFL Paper Based 550
• TOEFL iBT 79-80

Academic Qualifications

• Students studying A Levels or the International Baccalaureate will be accepted subject to meeting the University’s standard entry requirements as specified for each course.
