  • BA [Hons] Business Management – This is a 3 year Bachelor programme which in the first year offers you an overview of the business world, while in years 2 and 3 you will learn more about how businesses develop and how to overcome challenges and difficulties that every business may potentially face.
  • BA [Hons] Tourism and Marketing – This 3 year Bachelor programme offers exposure to a dynamic mix of management, tourism and marketing, and is the perfect launchpad for students who wish to pursue a career in the tourism industry.
  • BEng [Hons] Mechanical Engineering – This Bachelor course is accredited by the Institution of Mechanical Engineers and will enable graduates to progress to Chartered Engineer status. We have also been designated a Centre of Excellence by the Institute of Quality Assurance. This means that what you learn meets industry standards and is relevant to the workplace.





  • BA [Hons] Graphic Communication – On this exciting 3 year full time course, our diverse approach means you will develop a wide range of skills that are essential for the creative communication process, including printed media, advertising, corporate branding, publicity, editorial, and information and interactive web design. If you are looking to study Marketing at postgraduate level, we have two interesting courses to choose from:

  • MSc Marketing – On this one year course you will study a full range of Marketing theories and practices, all of which are underpinned by up to date research. Put into context, the modules studied make graduates knowledgable and highly employable.
  • MSc International Fashion and Retail Marketing – This is a specialist one year course, especially designed for those graduate who wish to forge a career in the fashion industry. Lecturers benefit from extensive practical and academic experience within the field.
  • MSc International Transport and Logistics – In the increasingly competitive world of business, it is essential to have the theoretical knowledge to back up practical experience. This course offers graduates an overarching view of all the issues faced by professionals within logistics and supply chain management.

Entry Requirements - Undergraduate

English Qualifications

Proficiency in English is essential for Undergraduate study. The University of Glamorgan recognises the following English language qualifications:

  • GCSE English at grade C
  • IELTS 6.0
  • TOEFL (Paper based) 550
  • TOEFL iBT 79-80

Academic Qualifications

  • Successful completion of A Levels in suitable subjects
  • Advanced entry to certain undergraduate degree programmes may be possible for students who hold a HND in a relevant subject

Entry Requirements - Postgraduate

English Qualifications

Proficiency in English is essential for Postgraduate study. The University of Glamorgan recognises the following English language qualifications:

  • GCSE English at grade C

  • TOEFL (Paper based) 575
  • TOEFL iBT 90-91

Academic Qualifications

  • Bachelor Special degree will be considered for masters or graduate diploma level study.
  • Bachelor General degree with very high grades may be considered
  • MBA applicants should have one of the above qualifications plus at least 2 years post graduation work experience
