  • BA [Hons] Business Management – This is a 3 year Bachelor programme which in the first year offers you an overview of the business world, while in years 2 and 3 you will learn more about how businesses develop and how to overcome challenges and difficulties that every business may potentially face.
  • BA [Hons] Accounting and Finance – Covering the four main themes of financial reporting, management accounting, financial management and computerised accounting systems, this 3 year Bachelor course will give you the maximum exemptions possible from ACCA (the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) professional examinations and some exemptions from the professional examinations of other accounting bodies.
  • BEng [Hons] Electrical and Electronic Engineering – As the electronics industry continues to grow worldwide, the demand for electronic engineering graduates is high. This 3 year Bachelor course will give you the skills for a successful career in this field, as well as the chance to specialise in a particular area. By the time you graduate, you will be ready for a leading role in the development of modern electrical and electronic systems.





  • MSc Management – This one year full time Masters course equips graduates with all the necessary knowledge and expertise to work effectively within industry.   • MSc Management and Development of International Financial Systems – This one year Masters course furnishes graduates with knowledge and understanding of international banking theory, practice and procedure, which is needed in order to take the strategic steps required to restructure financial systems to operate effectively and efficiently in the new and evolving financial environment.

Entry Requirements - Undergraduate

English Qualifications

Proficiency in English is essential for Undergraduate study. The University of Glamorgan recognises the following English language qualifications:

  • GCSE English at grade C
  • IELTS 6.0 (with minimum 5.5 in each band)
  • TOEFL iBT 80

Don’t worry if you do not meet these requirements as we offer a range of English Language Courses to prepare you for academic studies.


Academic Qualifications

  • Students who have passed year 12 (Tot Nghiep Pho Thong Trung Hoc – Upper Secondary Graduation Certificate) and have an IELTS score of 5.0 or equivalent will need to take the International Foundation Programme (IFP). Students who have an IELTS 6.0 or equivalent will take the Foundation Year Programme (FYP)
  • Holders of a College Diploma/Associate Degree (Tot Nghiep Dai Hoc) and have IELTS 6.0 or equivalent will be considered for advanced entry to year 2 of a relevant degree programme on a case by case basis

Academic Qualifications

One of the following qualifications is required:

  • A Bachelors degree (Bang Tot Nghiep Dai Hoc) with an average score of 7 or higher
  • A masters degree (Thac Si)
  • MBA applicants should have one of the above qualifications and at least 2 years post graduation work experience.
